How do intro prices and renewals work?
Some families offer a first-term annual discount via promo. The discounted amount applies to the first billing term only; renewals charge the standard catalog rate shown as “renews at” on plan cards.
Can I upgrade or change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade within a family from the client portal with prorated billing. Moving between families (for example React → Laravel) may require a new product — contact support and we will help plan the cutover.
