These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services offered by Vioflare ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing our website or using our services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Vioflare provides web hosting, domain registration, VPS hosting, email hosting, SSL certificates, and related managed services ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use our services to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
All content on the Vioflare website and control panel — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Vioflare or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You retain full ownership of content you upload to our servers.
We target 99.9% network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (communicated at least 24 hours in advance). In the event of an outage exceeding our SLA, service credit may be applied to your account upon request. The maximum credit shall not exceed one month of your monthly fee for the affected service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vioflare and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time via the client portal. Upon cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the current billing period (except in cases of policy violation). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice and without refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
